Can you give me a quote over the phone?
Trees are living things and can grow in different locations. As a result, we need to see the tree and the location before we can give you a quote. Our quotes are free.
Does your quote include tip fees?
Our quotes are all-inclusive, so you will not have to pay for any council tip fees on top of your tree removal or pruning.
Do I need council permission to prune or remove trees?
Some trees and properties are protected by a Vegetation Protection Order (VPO). Our team will check if your property is under a VPO, and what is needed to get permission to prune or remove a tree with a VPO.
Are you insured?
Aussie Tree Solutions is fully insured with public liability, WorkCover and professional indemnity (check our certificates of insurance). You, your family and your property are fully protected when Aussie Tree Solutions looks after your trees.
Can you prune or remove trees near power lines?
We are authorised by Ergon Energy and Energex to prune near powerlines. The arborist who provides you with a quotation will let you know if the power company must be involved (e.g. trees overgrowing or touching power lines).
Can you prune or remove really tall trees?
Our team of climbing arborists can tackle any sized tree. Nothing is too big or too small.
Can you prune my neighbour’s trees overhanging my yard?
While you are legally allowed to prune any tree overhanging your boundaries, we encourage you to talk with your neighbours first. In many cases, we find that neighbours are happy to pick up or share the bill.
Can you get my plane/kite/drone out of a tree?
Yes. We regularly retrieve wayward toys out of trees.
Do you offer Seniors Discounts?
Yes. Show us your senior’s card and get 10% off any of our tree removals, pruning or stump grinding services.
What areas do you cover?
Aussie Tree Solutions covers all of the greater Brisbane, Redlands, Ipswich, Logan and Moreton Bay areas of Brisbane.
How soon can you get here?
If it is an emergency, we will be there as soon as it is safe to drive. For non-urgent work, most times we will complete the work within seven days, although after a major storm event this may extend.
